Nature of Services
Readings provided by Bronwyn Jane:

Clients with pre-existing psychological conditions are required to seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider prior to engaging in services. Bronwyn Jane assumes no responsibility for clients who fail to disclose such conditions.

Client Responsibility for Accurate Information

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all personal and contact details provided during booking are accurate.

Providing false or misleading information, intentionally including fake email addresses or incorrect phone numbers, constitutes fraud and will result in the cancellation of your appointment without notice or refund.

Appointment Guidelines
Punctuality:

The session begins at the scheduled time. If a client is late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments.

If 10 minutes or later, the session will be cancelled without a refund.
Rescheduling:

Rescheduling of cancelled bookings is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Conduct:

Appointments will be terminated immediately, without refund, if you are found to be under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol, or if you engage in abusive or threatening behaviour.
Third-Party Presence:

Readings are designed for individual clients only.

Bringing additional people, including babies, children, or companion pets, must be approved before the session.

Carpooling may affect the clarity of your reading as Spirit often connects with everyone present.

If another person is present off-camera during a Zoom or nearby during a phone session, their presence may impact the reading.

Transfer and Third-Party Bookings

Appointments cannot be transferred to another individual without prior approval.

All bookings and e-gift cards purchased must have the consent of the attendee.

Termination of Services
Bronwyn Jane reserves the right to terminate or refuse service, or deny access to her Website or social media platforms if a client engages in:

Offensive, inappropriate, or abusive behaviour.

Actions that infringe on another individual’s privacy.

All client information and sessions are confidential and are protected by the Privacy Act 1988. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

Recording of Sessions

With prior consent, clients may record sessions for personal use only.

Bronwyn Jane may record sessions for insurance purposes.

Refund and Payment Policy

All payments for online, Zoom, or telephone sessions are non-refundable.

For in-person readings:

If you express dissatisfaction within the first 15 minutes, the session will be terminated, and no fee will be charged.

If the session is completed, the full fee is payable.

Payments must be made using approved methods, as outlined during the booking process. These include PayPal, credit card, or debit card. We do not accept bank transfers, Zippay, AfterPay, or cash.

Limitations of Liability
​Bronwyn Jane will not, in any case, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages for the use of this site or any other hyperlinked websites including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement, business interruptions, loss of data or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present. Clients are solely liable for the use of the website.

Although this website employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and online transaction security, we will not be responsible for any damages, or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.

Non-Disparagement
You agree not to publish, communicate, or make to any person or entity, in any media or a public forum, including on any social media sites, any comments or statement (verbal or written), that intentionally or unintentionally would, or is reasonably likely to, disparage, create a negative impression of, or is detrimental to Bronwyn Jane, services, customers or other associated third parties.
Clients agree not to make false or misleading statements to financial advantage themselves or disadvantage Bronwyn Jane (Criminal Act 1900, Section 192E)

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
